Practicalities

Therapy

I offer counselling and psychotherapy, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:30pm. Therapy is a weekly commitment, each session is 50 minutes.

  • £85 per weekly session

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing sessions are 75 minutes to allow space for integration.

  • £100 for individual sessions

  • £360 for a pack of 4 consecutive weekly sessions

Low Cost

I hold a limited number of lower cost places. Please enquire about these if you are in a difficult financial situation but in need of therapy.
