Therapy
I offer counselling and psychotherapy, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:30pm. Therapy is a weekly commitment, each session is 50 minutes.
My fees are in line with market rates. Please contact me for more information.
Somatic Experiencing
I offer counselling and psychotherapy, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:30pm. Somatic Experiencing sessions are 60 minutes to allow space for integration.
My fees are in line with market rates. Please contact me for more information.
Low Cost
I hold a limited number of lower cost places. Please enquire about these if you are in a difficult financial situation but in need of therapy.
