Practicalities
Therapy
I offer sessions Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. I work face-to face in London Bridge Queens Wood Muswell Hill, Finsbury Park and online.
Therapy is a weekly commitment. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Fees
£80 per weekly session
Low Cost
I hold a limited number of lower cost places. Please enquire about these if you are in a difficult financial situation but in need of therapy.
Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing sessions are longer - 120 minutes to allow more space for nervous system integration.
£120 for individual sessions
£450 for a pack of 4 weekly sessions
